For your convenience, we offer a variety of payment methods, including:

- Debit Cards: Cards with Visa or MasterCard logos.
- Bank Transfer: Available for corporate clients or long-term rentals.
- Cash Payments: Limited cash payments may be arranged on a case-by-case basis, particularly for long-term hires or special circumstances.
Payment Deadlines
To confirm your reservation, the rental price must be paid in advance. If payment is not received, your booking may be canceled or delayed. We can discuss flexible payment schedules for corporate clients or long-term rentals.
Security Deposit
A security deposit is required at the time of vehicle pickup. This deposit covers any potential damages, fines, or other charges. The amount of the deposit will vary based on the vehicle category and rental duration, typically ranging from €300 to €1000. Refunds are processed within seven working days after the vehicle is returned, provided there are no additional charges or damages.
Invoice & Payment Confirmation
Upon successful payment, you will receive an invoice detailing all charges, including taxes, rental costs, insurance coverage, and any optional services or accessories you selected. You will also receive a payment confirmation for your records.
