Refund Policy
At REAM RENTCAR, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide a refund policy that emphasizes fairness and transparency.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 7 days before the scheduled delivery time. Cancellations made within 7 days of delivery will incur a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the rental charge. If you cancel after this period, 70% of the rental charge will be due to complete the reservation. Cancellations made within 7 days or less are generally non-refundable; however, we may consider exceptions in cases of emergencies or unforeseen events.
Early Termination of Rental
In the event of early termination of your rental, refunds for unused rental days cannot be guaranteed if you return the vehicle before the agreed rental period. We will review your situation and may issue a partial refund based on circumstances, particularly if we can re-rent the vehicle.
Refundable and Non-Refundable Charges
Certain charges related to services such as GPS rental, baby seats, or additional insurance packages are non-refundable once the rental period has begun. However, the security deposit and fuel charges will be refunded if no issues occurred during the rental.
Refund Processing Time
Eligible cancellations or overcharges will be processed for refund within 5-10 working days after the cancellation request is received. The time for the refund to appear in your account will depend on your financial institution’s processing times.
