Return Policy

At REAM RENTCAR, we strive to make the vehicle return process as seamless as possible. Below are the guidelines to assist you during your vehicle return.

Return Location

The vehicle must be returned to the designated return location specified at the time of booking. If you wish to change the return location, please inform us at least 24 hours prior to your return, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that non-standard return locations may incur additional fees.

Return Timing and Late Fees

Vehicles should be returned on or before the specified date and time agreed upon. Late returns without prior arrangements may incur late fees, charged at the same daily rental rate, along with any additional costs incurred as a result of the delay.

Condition of the Vehicle

The vehicle must be returned in a condition no worse than when it was handed over to you—specifically, free from any damage beyond normal wear and tear. Our staff will conduct an inspection upon return, and you will be held responsible for any damages, excessive dirt, or missing items, including tools, spare tires, or accessories.

Fuel Policy

You are required to return the vehicle with the same level of fuel that was provided to you at the start of the rental. If the fuel level is lower at the time of return, you may be charged for the missing fuel at market rates, plus a refueling service charge.

Extended Rentals

If you wish to extend your rental period, you will be charged a pro-rata rate on a daily basis.
